• Secure your favorites! Limited stock items may sell out before they reach regular inventory.

  • The free item must be of equal or lesser value than the lowest-priced pre-order item.
  • Free items should be used for samples or prizes.
  • If you resell a free promotional item, you are responsible for collecting and remitting the applicable sales tax.

At Magnabilities, we offer Pre-Orders for select jewelry items. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:

✅ Non-Refundable Deposits: All pre-order deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the item cannot be delivered or has a manufacturer defect.

✅ Affiliate Pricing & Commissions: Affiliates purchase pre-order items at half of the retail price and earn Silver or Gold level commissions on both the initial deposit and the balance order. This structure ensures that the proper tax is collected and remitted on their behalf.

✅ Estimated Delivery Time: Pre-orders typically take 4-6 weeks to arrive. However, delays may occur due to production or shipping issues. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these possible delays. If you prefer to receive your item immediately, we recommend waiting until it is officially in stock.

✅ Shipping: All pre-orders ship at a flat rate of $5.50, which will be added to the balance order when the product arrives.

✅ Tax Responsibility for Free Items:
Free items given as samples or prizes: Affiliates should be aware that while they are not charged tax at checkout, if they resell these items, they will be responsible for collecting and remitting the applicable sales tax.
